One of our founding members was a behavior technician. She loved the kids. She loved the work. What she didn't love was how the work was being handled around her. She barely met her BCBA. Supervision was thin to nonexistent. Real support, mentorship, a path to grow — none of it was there. It was just work: show up, do hours, repeat. The kids deserved more, and so did the people showing up for them every day.
She wasn't alone in feeling it. So a group of founders partnered up around a simple, stubborn idea: build a company that does this right — one where behavior technicians are actually taught, supervised, and supported, and where the people on the team are there because they love impacting children's lives, not because it's a paycheck.
